Return policy
[1]We offer a 30 day return policy. Seller will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Once an item has been used we will no longer be able to accept any returns. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. In the event you do not like or no longer wish to keep your order, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to most orders. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Damages must be reported within one week upon receiving the items and picture proof must be provided. We will either issue a replacement part or a complete replacement at no additional charge.
[2] Although we test each item and they are packed professionally, few items (less than 1%) might be damaged during the shipping. You are welcome to contact us within 3 days after you receive your package about replacement.
