Shipping Policy:

  • Items will be shipped within two Business day of receiving full payment
  • We only ship out orders Monday - Friday (all orders placed after 3:00 pm PST Friday - Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday.)
  • Tracking Number will be provided to all US address.
  • Since we are located in remote rural area Express Service (next day) is not available.
  • Tracking is not available to USPS oversea shipments.  USPS will only give confirmation of shipment, not the tracking information once it leaves the US.

Returns Policy:

  • You may return items within 14 business days of confirmed delivery. 
  • Shipping cost for returns is paid by the buyer.  
  • Items must be post marked no later than 14 business days of delivery date for a FULL REFUND of the item.
  • Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
  • Please contact us ASAP to get return information and RMA number.  We will not accept returns without RMA number.

We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm, and closed on national holidays.  We will not be able to answer any questions during non-working hours.
