Smooth leather is tough when initially breaking in. TIP TO BREAK IN: Wear our Double Doc Cotton Blend Socks which have cushioning in all the right places! Applying Wonder Balsam to the inside of the shoe will help soften the leather.

SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days via Australia Post.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery to residential areas, rural locations may take longer.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at the front of the place of delivery if it is safe to do so.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange a back order or a full refund.
Customers are responsible for returns of the delivery caused by invalid address or information provided. Additional charges will apply for re-delivery.

RETURNS

We accept returns and provide a full refund (excludes delivery costs) for eBay purchases under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item is unworn with the original tags still attached – we are unable to accept shoes with dirty marks or worn soles. For this reason, we recommend customers to try products on the carpet to ensure that dirt is not collected on the sole.
The item is returned in the original packaging (including boxes, tags intact, etc.)

Kindly adhere to the return instruction accordingly to ensure your requests are being processed promptly.

Customers will be responsible for return postage costs, except in the case the item is deemed faulty.
For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, a refund will not be provided.
For exchanges, customers will receive a refund for their original purchase and a new order can be placed again.
