If the items remain sealed within their hygienic wrapper, we can accept it back for a full refund if you change your mind. Unfortunately we cannot resell an opened toilet seat or bidet spray to the public for health reasons.
We strongly urge customers to measure their toilet pan carefully as well as the cistern as this sometimes prevents toilet seats from remaining upright.
