This mouthwash comes with a 150 ML bottle of Coconut Oil mouthwash. You need only 2-3 teaspoons of coconut oil mouthwash , work the oil in your mouth while keeping your lips closed, suck, push and pull the coconut oil through your teeth and every surface of your mouth for 5-15 minutes. After 5-15 minutes, spit out and wash your mouth with water. Do not swallow. 

You can use this mouthwash in morning and evening before brushing your teeth with the Naturoganik toothpaste.
