Pre-Owned item! An original authentic hand-painted creation from the studio of World Renowned Artist, Penelope (“Penny Penzo”) Vincent!  Signed L. Nyathi 1997. 

NO CHIPS OR CRACKS!!!  There are minor indentations on bottom rim -these are smooth and appear to have been formed during the manufacturing process-  See Photos #10 & #11 for close-up inspection). 

The bowl has normal crazing consistent with it's age (22+ years). It is more visible in the background sections of the scene and on the bottom of the bowl --(See last Photo for close-up).
