This listing is for an  authentic vintage plastic advertising ring cover for a rotary dial telephone.  This is white plastic with black lettering, and blue lettering on side panel.  It advertises for Blair Stubbs of Franklin (Texas) and gives numbers for ambulance;  Sheriff (Robertson County);  and Fire.   It measures 4-3/8" in outside diameter at ring; and is 5-3/8" across with side panel.  Side panel has hole at top to hold pen or pencil.      Ring has never been used, but may show some age and storage wear.     It is not maker marked.   Dial cover is in excellent condition.    Please refer to "Condition" above and photographs for more information..
