Style: "Basic tutu's"

           Has an elastic waistband.

           Easy for a child to slip on her doll.

Fabric: Made from tulle fabric.

"Basic Tutu's" means these are the more dainty see-through tutus used for ballet practices, therefore the elastic does show through at the waistband.
