• This item is brand new with out a Wolff Fording hang tag.  It was a designer's sample that was never put into production, and doesn't have an internal size tag.  This is a two layer tulle short tutu on a multi color stretch waist band.  The size is a large child, and the waist measures, not stretched, 20 inches.
