This mattress is tested and complies with the following standards:
Size: All sizes are approximate and a variation of approximately 0.50 cm is possible.
Important: Please do not wash or stain the mattress if you believe the size may not be suitable.
For hygiene and health & safety reasons, an opened and used mattress cannot be accepted for return.

| Highlands / N.I / IOM | Standard delivery is approximately 4–5 working days. |
Peak Period Notice: During Christmas, November–December and other busy periods, delivery may take longer and we cannot guarantee delivery within the normal timeframe.
If the parcel arrives damaged, stained or ripped, please do not accept the delivery.
If a damaged or stained parcel is accepted, responsibility and risk may pass to the recipient.
Any issue with the item must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, including weekends and bank holidays.
For hygiene and health & safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the mattress has been opened and used.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please do not wash or stain the mattress if you think the size may not be suitable.
