The cover is in good condition with  mild corner denting, mild spine denting.  The dust jacket is in good condition with moderate edge wear, numerous small edge tears. The  pages are in  good condition with mild yellowing, no tears, no writing that I can see.    The boards are secure, the body is solid.

Book measures 8 1/2  inches X 5 3/4 inches, 243 pages.
