Original design hand crafted two layer fused dichroic glass earrings. Glass is 7/8" rectangle with a slightly curved shape. Hanging from sterling silver ear wires they are 1 1/2" long. Sterling silver ear wires 925 are French wire style and are 20 gauge which should be the minimum for durable wear.
This is a silver textured dichroic with layers of colored frit on the back which creates the variegated appearance of pink and silver for these earrings. .
I make all jewelry in my home studio where I have been fusing glass for over 20 years.
These earrings were fused to 1500 degrees and then fired a second time to polish the edges and completely anneal or cool at a specified rate.
