CONDITION: These pants are barely pre-owned and are in excellent condition. No holes, marks, or other issues. A great pair of pants at a low price!

How I Measure  (I use a fabric tape. Please use the same for the most accurate comparison)

I measure the waist by lying the pants flat and aligning the front and back and measuring straight across the top, then doubling it. The leg opening is side to side as well (without doubling). The inseam is from bottom of pants to where the inseam intersects the rise seam.

NOTE: In order to avoid the hassle and expense of a return, due to not fitting, please take 2 minutes to measure a pair of YOUR pants so that you know what actual measurements to look for (Especially the waist).
