This pretty South Dakota postcard is colored, not written on and not postally used. Comes in a plastic postcard sleeve. There is no date.

The description on the back says: THE WORLDS ONLY CORN PALACE, MITCHELL, SO DAKOTA.  One of the many panels on the inside of the world's only Corn Palace.  These panels are made from natural colored grains and grasses.  The entire building is redecorated annually at a cost of $10,000.  The annual festival is held the last week in September, but the building is open FREE the year around.  It is one of the most outstanding exhibits of nature's wonderful colors blended into interesting designs and pictures by local decorators.

The scan turned out sort of grainy looking. The actual picture doesn't show the grainy look. There is very little wear on the front.  The corners have ever so slightly wear.  I try to describe the best that I can.
