Hello Rider's Choice, I just wanted to write and thank you (not enough room on Ebay Feedback to fully express my sentiments!) Last week I received the purple bareback pad I'd ordered from you and totally LOVE it! I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and efficient shipping, and excited for the purple saddle pad/girth/collar I decided I "needed" to arrive. It was there today when I got home and of course it exceeded my expectations! Return and Refund information

You may return any item for any reason. You have 20 days to return the item. For the item to be returned it must be in like new condition: this means unridden, without marks on the straps, horse hair or smells, etc. With this purchase the buyer agrees to pay any and all return shipping and insurance charges along with a 20% restock fee or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher. Please let us know you are returning an item. We will send you a mutual transaction agreement which states that we both agree to forgo the transaction. Once the item arrives in good condition your refund will be sent in same method that you paid.
