French holy water font with vase in gilt and enameled porcelain made by Valentine during the 1850's Louis Philippe period. It's signed and numbered on the bottom. 7 1/2" height 4 " width 4" depth. Perfect condition as presented on the following pictures.

La manufacture de Valentine est créée au début du XIXème siècle dans les Pyrénées centrales à Valentine, près de Saint-Gaudens dans la Haute-Garonne, avec pour souhait de concurrencer la manufacture de Bayeux. Marques de manufacture sur le fond. Très bel état état, légères usures. Hauteur 19 cm, largeur 10 cm, profondeur 10 cm.
