This is a great item of the Walt Disney Classics Collection (WDCC) - it is a special limited edition Collector's Club piece titled Magician Mickey - "On With The Show" - Mickey Mouse - 1997 Membership Sculpture.  The item is  Nearly NEW and in perfect condition.   The item is approx. 5" in height and 3" in length along the base.  Item is a Walt Disney marked WDCC collector's item.   Thanks for looking!
