Free shipping to the US.  International is welcome to bid but shipping will be paid by the buyer.  I use eBays international shipping program.  What that means is when you buy it the payment goes directly to ebay and they charge you the shipping then they pay me the auction price.  I then ship it to ebays shipping site and they expedite the card to you withing a week.
