defects for a period of FOUR years from the date of original retail

Veethree's sole responsibility under this warranty

* has been improperly installed
* has been damaged due to an accident or abnormal operation including racing or alterations outside our factory
* has been used with other product(s) which, in Veethree's opinion, are incompatible with the Veethree product
