Each item weighs approx 13 ounces so with packaging the item will be over a pound. Priority mail and Express mail are the only choices. I cannnot ship first class because of the weight. Also, new postage rates went into effect in January 2019 and parcel rates increased substantially. I ship at my cost (including ebay & paypal fees and packaging).
