Is this product brand new and in its original packaging?
Yes, every product we sell is brand new, and sent to you in the original packaging. We are the manufacturer of Best of Nature products listed in our eBay store. The packaging may include shrink wrapping, tape along the opening of a case, or nothing at all. We take as much time as needed to make sure that the product you order is sent to you with the protection that is needed to minimize possible damage. If damage occurs, we will gladly issue a replacement if so desired.
How long does it take to ship this item? How long does it take for me to receive this item?
We work very hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, and ask that you allow 1-2 business days for this product to leave our New Jersey location after payment is received. Depending on the delivery service, this item usually takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive once shipped - perhaps 1 or 2 days longer if you are in an extremely remote area of the United States or if we are experiencing weather delays or other things beyond our control. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping, and can not be held responsible for delays on their part. We will, however, work feverishly to find out what the issue is should the product not arrive on time, or in a damaged state.
Do you combine / discount shipping?
We will combine and discount shipping for multiple items whenever and where ever possible. It is our goal to save you money.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to all 50 states in the US, and participate in the eBay Global Shipping Program. How the program works is that we ship the product to Erlanger, Kentucky (you will receive your first delivery notification when it arrives there), and then eBay utilizes Pitney Bowes to transport the product to your international location. Can I return my products?
For Products That Arrived With Manufacturers Defect / Damaged
If, for some reason, your product arrives with a manufacturers defect or damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged packaging / product so that a claim can be filed, or to alert our team of an internal issue.
For General Exchange / Return Of Products
For any reason other than a manufacturers defect or damage during shipping, you can return your item(s) for a merchandise / exchange credit, or refund, but only if they are unopened, and in their original / factory condition so they can be resold.
In this case, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted to cover the cost of the original shipping. eBay / Paypal has this built into their system and it will occur automatically at the time of the refund.
