They are more robust than aluminum especially when baking at very high temperatures.

Black Iron pans will need to be seasoned before use.

Ideal for proofing dough.

Rolled rim adds strength and eliminates sharp edges.

Works well in deck ovens and are available in base diameters of 6″ to 20″.

16" is the base size not the outer rim witch is 17"

Lids you need to fit this size pan are 18" flat lids or 16" Lock Lid
