These rod holders are made from 3/8 galvanized steel .They will hold your rods at approx. 0 to 45  degree. Great for the big cats and also good for crappie.They are shipped with locking wing nut with  4 screw base as shown in picture. Note ---They are no welded joints in my rod holders which makes them very strong.
