These Dia Compe brake levers are designed for the cable to come out of the top of the lever.

These have a quick release tab on the lever blade, when used means there is a little bit more cable released, opening the brake caliper.

Regular hooded Drop Bar levers, Comfortable rubber hoods, Regular cable pull.

Clamping band diameter: 22.2mm - 23.8mm
