Returns

								Item must be returned in the listing stated and/or pictured condition. If item is listed as factory sealed brand new it must be returned in new unused condition. It must include all parts and be free of dirt and damage. Living aquarium life(plants,shrimp,snails,fish) have a 1 hour guarantee from the tracking delivery time. Please include pictures of live creatures still in sealed bag. Clothing must be unworn. It must include tags and have no signs of wear such as body odor. ALL items are heavily inspected before shipping. No items will ship if stated listing condition is not the same.
