You are buying an A4 modern print of the original pattern, not the finished item.

This is such a lovely 1950s pattern for a lady's short sleeved jumper with a square styled neckline, wear dressed up or down the choice is endless. The jumper has button detailing at the neck and shoulder and instructions are for four sizes, namely to fit a 32, 34, 36 and 38 inch bust. The jumper was originally knitted in Marriner's 3-ply "Heritage" Shrink-less Knitting Wool. Sadly, this wool is long discontinued, but you can try a modern 4-ply as vintage yarns were heavier than modern, but work your tension square before starting your project to see if a change of needles is required).
