Special Notes:

• Toyota states that this will work on the 2013 - 2018 Rav-4. It works fine on the 2013 but they changed the hook style on the 2014 and 2015 models. In doing so the strap does not stay fastened on the hook resulting in the net falling off. At this time the only real fix for this is to remove the inner quarter trim panels and rotate the hook to face the outside of the vehicle. Right now the hook faces up. Removing the panel just to rotate the hook would be a time consuming job, you would possibly even have to remove the rear seats.

Shipping and Billing

We only accept payment from confirmed PayPal addresses.

We typically ship to most countries, as well as the United States and Canada. If you have any questions or concerns about your location please email us. International rate do apply for shipping out of the United States.

We will ship packages same day as long as they are ordered and paid for before 8:00 AM EST. If purchased after this time the order will ship next business day. Our business days are Monday thru Friday excluding any federal holidays.

Returns

We will take responsibility for damage upon arrival or defective parts. Please email us immediately to notify us that there is a problem.

If the customer purchased the wrong item or decides that the item is no longer needed a refund will be provided minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping will be paid by the customer.

All other returns or exchanges are personally analyzed and resolved by our team.
