If you have a Grainfather G30 then you will be aware that you can add a Copper Dome and a Copper Condensor to turn it into an Alembic Still which will allow you to distill grain and molasses mashes and botanicals to produce whiskies, rums and gins. But if you wanted to produce a pure 93% abv spirit to water down and use with the fabulous range of essences now available you would have to have purchased the T500 system complete with boiler. But with the Grainfather G30 you already have the boiler!
Still Spirits and Grainfather are both part of the Bevie group and Still Spirits produce this spare lid which clamps onto the Grainfather. You then fix either of the T500 Reflux Condensors onto the lid and you get your still.
This listing has a lid which can be purchased on its own or with either the Stainless Steel or Copper versions of the Reflux Columns.
