This is a brand new ballet costume, short 5 layers graduated tutu of nylon net, organdy and tulle, the underlayers are all rose just like the top skirt.  the bodice is satinette with a taffeta inset and accented at the top with organza roses. The hairpiece is a single organza ribbon rose.(the 10C is Missing it's rose headpiece) The back is spandex for a good fit.
