All payments must be made in US dollars. 
Full payment must be received within five (5) days of the listing's ending.

Non-Payment / Non-Contact

A winning bid or buy-it-now purchase is a binding contract. 
All transactions not completed within five (5) days of the
listing's closing date will be canceled and an unpaid item dispute report
will be issued to eBay in order to recuperate the final value fees.

The buyer will be banned from any of our future listings.

Handling Charges 
Our Shipping and Handling Charge is always Clearly Posted!

Your Address 
It is  YOUR responsibility to keep your shipping address updated on eBay and PayPal. 
This is the only address that we are allowed to ship
the package to per eBay and PayPal's terms. 

If your shipping address is a Post Office Box, 
we will assume that your Post Office will accept a large envelope. 
Unless you notify us differently.

Should the package be returned to us as undeliverable due
to an error in the address you have on file, additional shipping costs
will be collected to compensate for reshipping the item back to you. 
If you decide not to pay these additional shipping charges, 
we will issue you a refund less the shipping cost and charge a 20% restocking fee. 

Shipping Time 
When your payment clears, your order will normally
ship within 24 hours (not including weekends & holidays).

eBay provides a general estimate of delivery time, 
but it is in no way a guaranteed delivery date.

Lost items will be refunded after 30 Days only. 
This will allow enough time for the item to be located by the carrier.

Shipping Method 
We ship the majority of our products with USPS because they are
convenient, efficient and reliable. 
If you require your item shipped via a specific carrier or manner, 
for example, "Federal Express with Signature Required"
it is your responsibility to notify us BEFORE bidding or buying
because additional charges may apply or we cannot provide the service. 
The tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

Signature Confirmation 
All items that are sold over the amount of $249.99, 
must be shipped with signature confirmation per eBay and PayPal's terms. 

Multiple Purchases 
In order to save shipping costs, we will consolidate
multiple purchases into one shipment whenever possible. 
Just let us know you are bidding on or buying other items. 
However, once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared 
for shipping and no further items can be added to the shipment.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

However, it is the BUYER'S responsibility
to ascertain the value of this item. 
If additional information is required, please contact us well in advance of the auction's or 
listing's conclusion with any questions prior to bidding by using eBay's messaging system.

Full Refunds are issued only on items that are a gross misrepresentation
from its picture and description or if we shipped the wrong item.

Reason 1: No Longer Want 
This item is returnable within 30 days of the purchase date, 
provided it is in the original condition. 

The item must be returned in the original packaging. 
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refuse
a refund if the item is no longer resalable. 
A refund will be given at the final auction or buy-it-now price less
shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. 
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Reason 2. Damages Caused by Carrier 
If an item arrives damaged from shipping, it must be reported to us immediately 
(no more than 3 days), so that we can correct the situation. 
Carriers will not accept damage claims after 5 days of delivery. 
You must retain all outer packages, packing material, 
and labels until the claim process has been finalized.

If you do not notify us within 3 days or refuse to assist us in the claims process, 
you will forfeit your refund.
