 Please be careful of listings that sell keys by email or keys that say only to be sold with a new PC. I found to my expense that an email key that I purchased from eBay was for an OEM machine and after 3 months the key was blacklisted and I could no longer use the software.

At the request of Microsoft the key codes were supplied to them so they could verify them as authentic, which they are. Due to the amount of counterfeit software circulating I always inform Microsoft of my listings and when requested I have license codes verified by Microsoft to protect both buyer and myself (I can be fined £2,000), so you can be assured that all copies are genuine and as advertised.

Visio 2007 is available in two stand-alone editions: Office Visio Professional and Office Visio Standard. Visio Standard 2007 has the same basic functionality as Visio Professional 2007 and includes a subset of its features and templates. The Data Graphics feature lets you display data attractively in diagrams, and you can choose from a number of data formatting options. With a single click, display data fields as callouts next to a shape, position fields in boxes below a shape, and place fields of data directly on top or to the side of a shape. You also have the option of easily refreshing data in diagrams, thanks to the new Refresh Data feature. If data conflicts arise, easily resolve them by using the Refresh Conflicts task pane.

Returns Policy

  • Returns at buyers expense with all original packaging in the same condition it was despatched.
  • Items are security marked and sealed.
  • In the event of a fault the item must be reported to us within 7 days and returned within 14 days. Important: If the security seal is not intact upon return or shows signs of tampering your warranty claim will be invalidated, you will be reported to eBay and criminal proceedings may be taken against you.
  • Refunds will only be offered if a replacement is not available.
  • All items are tested and working prior to despatch.
  • Refunds are minus postage costs unless item is deemed to be faulty, in which case, postage costs will be refunded.

We offer a 7 day warranty from the date of receipt for anything that is advertised as tested and working. Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Ebay is a grey area at the moment regarding this and it is up to the manufacturer whether or not they honour the warranty.

We specialize in selling ex display, bankrupt stock, overstock, customer returns under the home approval scheme, 16 day customer returns and end of line stock. All items are fully tested and working unless otherwise stated. Most items are in perfect condition but to avoid misrepresentation of the product they may occasionally have minor cosmetic blemishes or imperfect boxes. Where a manual is included it may occasionally be a copy on a cd.
