You are looking at a Royal Kent Bone China cup and saucer set.   They are accented with pink roses.  
The cup measures approximately 2 3/4 inches tall and the saucer measures approximately  5 3/4 inches across. 
Both items are marked:
Bone China 
Royal Kent  
Made in Staffordshire England 

This auction is being sold in good used condition.    The saucer has two areas that feel like either scratch marks or small chips around the rim.   They are not visible with the human eye but can be felt by running my finger along the rim.
