We provide free shipping to metro location and many rural locations. By now item will leave tomorrow as all stock on hand for immediate dispatch.

Place an order with Sport Supplements Direct and we guarantee your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you have paid via EFT please allow the extra 2-3 business days for funds to clear. Please send us a quick email after checking out with the reference number so there are no extra delay trying to locate your payment.
Once shipped if you provide ebay with an email address you will receive an email in your inbox from our chosen courier once it has left our warehouse noting your tracking info. All products you purchase are all in stock and ready for immediate dispatch and any delay is due to the volume of sales we get on daily basis. FAQ'S:

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. If you are unable to supply your workplace address, or nobody will be home during business hours to sign for the delivery, we would be happy to ship your order to your PO Box address for a fast and efficient delivery.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
In the event that nobody is available to sign for the delivery, a blue or red card will be left on the premises with information on collecting your item. To avoid delays in receiving your order, customers are advised to use an address (such as a work address) where somebody will be available to sign for the delivery during working hours.

Can You Leave My Parcel At The Front Door If Nobody Is Home?
YES. If you would like to have your parcel left on the premises if nobody is home at the time of delivery however, that is no problem at all. Please let us know by email straight after checkout. Please note that by advising us to leave at your order on the premises without a signature, the customer accepts full responsibility for all lost/stolen parcels, No Exceptions!

Do You Provide A Tracking Number For My Parcel?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox once your order has shipped from our warehouse.  This will come from our chosen courier. Please be sure to also check your emails "junk mail" folder, as it may have landed there depending on your email settings.
