Standard USPS or FedEx shipping rates apply to lower 48 States only. Additional surcharge applies to PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA & OTHER US TERRITORIES. Please contact us for rates. Orders are normally shipped within one business day, after payment is received. (WE CANNOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS)

Warranty: All WINDOW REGULATORS sold carry a ONE YEAR manufactures warranty against defect factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.

All LIFT SUPPORTS sold carry a LIMITED LIFETIME manufactures warranty against defect factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.

Warranty Claims: Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, eBay item number, date of purchase or PayPal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.

Return Policy: We gladly accept returns for items purchased within a 14 day period, provided it is still in the original packaging, not used nor damaged. A full refund will be credited back to you upon receiving the item back and being inspected, less our original shipping cost to you, this applies to "free shipping" orders as well.

Auto Express will not pay for any return shipping for any item that may be defective or have any shipping damage that is shipped out of the 48 lower contiguous states of the USA. However, if the items are shipped within the 48 lower contiguous states we will be more than happy to assist with any item that may be damaged or have a manufacturers defect.
