By renowned maker Crown Staffordshire pattern number F14486 and back-stamped accordingly

The bowl measures approximately 5" in diameter plus handles,  the saucer 7" 

Vintage used condition, free from chips, cracks and crazing the decoration and gilding is in generally good order
