This item is new with out the original hang tag from Main Street. It's a pair of black leggings/ skinny leg pants.  The fabric is 55% Cotton/ 35% Polyester and   10% spandex. Size is Medium child.  Please refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit. This was used as a photo sample.  The model wore it long enough for catalog shots to be taken.TR 41
