I do accept return within 14 days after the product has been received. If you wish to return, please send me an email so I can provide you with instruction on how to send it back. If you send it back without my knowledge, please be aware that I will refused the package and it will be send back to you.  All item(s) returned must be in brand new, unused, untouched, condition. I inspect all of my items before I ship it out so I know it's brand new. If I feel that the item(s) received has been used, unfortunately, I won't be able to issue you a refund. As all used items will go into the trash cans. Thanks!

Shipping:

I will ship out the within 1-2 business days of payment receipt or once payment is cleared, excluding Weekends and Holidays. The rate for shipping includes supplies as well as fees charged by Ebay and Paypal.

US SHIPPING

All items ship in the US is 5.00, combine shipping is always welcome for purchase made in one transaction. I deduct 1.00 from each additional items.  Please ensure that the items purchase is one transaction in order for the combine shipping to qualify.

CANADA

I no longer do international shipping. Shipping to Canada is $11.00. I'm sorry it's so high but this is what the post office charges for a package that is only 4 oz. If you agree then, please feel free to bid on my items, if not, please be kindly to skip my auction and look at other options as I don't want any unhappy customer due to the shipping cost. I don't make any profit from shipping, I charge exactly what PO charge for labels. Combine shipping is welcome, I deduct $2 from each items. Thanks!

I accept payments through Paypal only as this is the safest form of payment for everyone. Payment are to be made within 3 days after purchase is made or non-bidders will be reported to Ebay. If for any reasons, you can't make the payment before the deadline, please contact me and let me know and I will accommodate your request.
