You need a name brand 1/2" drill, most have to make an access hole in their body work 

You screw the adapter onto the flywheel, clean the threads and a dab of loctite is recommended, torque to 25 foot pounds.

Just put the tool onto the adapter and start your engine, pull it off right away to prevent possible damage to the tool by over revving. 

Do not ever have the drill set on hammer or impact settings.
