In order to keep our prices low, we have the following purchasing policies:

Shipping and Handling:

·       We only accept payment from, and ship to, Confirmed PayPal addresses.

·       All items are shipped out within one business day.

·       Once we have confirmed that your order was collected by the shipping carrier, we will update tracking information through eBay.

·       We ship 99% of packages the same day if ordered before 2PM GMT+8 Monday to Friday.

·       Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not allow local pick up. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause

Returns:

·       We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.

·       If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.

·      All sales are final. But in the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be received undamaged, unopened in its original condition as received. Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer and all returns are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee.
