Delivery Charges

We will do our best to accomodate delivery times but can not guarantee any time or day. All deliveries are delivered by one man and to the front of your property. It is down to the discretion of the driver whether he helps carry the product into your premisses with the aid of another able person. Delivery will only be made once payment has been received and cleared. You will then be called to arrange a delivery day which is convenient to both parties.

Collection Information

Collection is available to all of our winning bidders upon appointment only.
Collection is Monday to Saturday only. As our warehouse is closed on Sundays.
There is no charge for collection.
A telephone number will be supplied to the winning bidder via email once the auction has ended. Please call that number to arrange a convenient collection slot.

All our appliances (unless otherwise stated) come with a MINIMUM 12 month manufacturers warranty.

Cancellations

Under the sale of goods act - distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt.
