Shipping Terms & Conditions:

• Postage paid for "Signed For", and "International" services are non-refundable charge if parcel has been delivered.
• Service for collection in person is not available.
• We reserve the rights to change delivery method for large quantity orders.
• Buyer is liable to give correct address. We would not take any responsibility if parcel is undeliverable because that buyer has provided a incomplete or wrong address. We reserve the right to charger buyer for resending a parcel.

Payment methods: 

• Postal Orders (immediately clear).
• Personal cheque (takes approximately 7 days to clear).
• PayPal (immediately clear).
• eCheque via PayPal (takes approximately 10 days to clear).
• Bank transfer (contact me for bank details after purchase).

Return Policy:

• A refund, or a replacement, can be offered if the item has blew within 12 months of item dispatching date, provided  the body and the cable of the item are in original condition.

• Return request for any damage due to user's careless handling would not be accepted. We only accept return request for manufacturing defect with 12 months of item dispatching date.

• If buyer purchased this item in error, item can be returned in 14 days from the shipping date. A partial refund, which is £3 less than the sales price, can be offered if the item is returned in its original condition. We would not refund the postage buyer paid additional to the sales price.
  

• In any case, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the cost of returning delivery.  We will pay the cost of sending the replacement to the buyer.
