Vintage pair TURQUOISE & GOLD 1950's CREAMER SUGAR BOWL Swirl pattern 70 71 mark

Description  This is for a pair of turquoise and gold plated/overlay creamer and sugar bow.  Wonderful mid century flowing design.   Pattern on sides is a curly swirl.  It has the look of being Redwing, but is unmarked as to brand.  I just looked in a book of Redwing china and they show this pattern, just not with the gold in my book.   They are about  3 1/2" tall by 6" to 6 1/2" from handle to handle or handle to spout.
