ABOUT  THE MANUFACTURER SCHNEIDER:

Anton Schneider began producing cuckoo clocks in 1848 in his farm house in Schonach, Germany. The Schneider family business is now in the sixth generation and has been producing high value cuckoo clocks in it's current location since 1952. This clock factory today is among the most modern and largest cuckoo clock factories in the black forest. The old tradition of doing valuable carving work by hand has been maintained and continues to be greatly improved.

A love for detail combined with ancient handcraft skills are today the charcteristics of the new generation of high value cuckoo clocks. Because of the highly skilled workers in the carpentry shop, the wood carving shops and the clock assembly shops as well as the extremely exact final  inspection, the Schneider Company is able to offer their customers a truly full guarantee.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or other international addresses. We will ship cuckoo clocks only to the 48 contiguous united states.

RETURN POLICY:

We offer a 30 day standard return policy on all ebay orders for cuckoo clocks. Our staff will provide your with a return address and return authorization number. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new and unused.

Our cuckoo clocks are offered with free shipping. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back.

 

REPLACEMENTS:
