There is some minor edgewear on two corners on the cover. There is some soiling on the top outside corner of page 94 and 95. There is some soiling on a very small area of the outside edge of some pages that DOES NOT bleed onto the page surface. He includes eight different illustrations demonstrating eight methods of working in pencil, ink line, ink tone, markers, watercolor, designer's colors (guoache), acrylic paints, and mixed media. For each medium, he shows, in step~by~step format, several techniques for developing an illustration. A thirty~two page, four~color section shows all of the finished illustrations.
