WASHING - Most items will hold up to gentle machine washing, as long as you don't wash with other heavy items. BUT, they will last longer if you just give them a qhick hand wash and hang to dry. THINGS TO NOTE: No dryer for shiny items. Red items (and sometimes other bright colors) are best washed alone in case the dye bleeds. Always hand was SILK!
