This 50's pattern is so elegant and is for a lady's cardigan and jumper twinset. Instructions are for a single size, that is to fit a 34-36 inch bust (although inside pattern just 36 inch bust is mentioned), and the pattern was originally worked in D/K wool on No.3 and No.6 needles. You may wish to try a modern D/K, however, do work a tension square first to see if a change of needles is necessary. A lovely item for lovers of iconic 50's fashion and vintage clothing alike. Materials, measurements and tension information is taken directly from the original pattern.

D/K yarn (see above regards yarn)

No.2 & No.6 needles

4 buttons for jumper

3 buttons for cardigan

MEASUREMENTS:

Bust- 34-36 ins. 

Jumper Length- 18½ ins.

Cardigan Length- 19 ins.

TENSION:

4½ sts. to 1 inch and 5 rows to 1 inch.
