You are looking at a round plastic Quad Cities USA Iowa/Illinois Pin that is blue in color. 
It is accented with a riverboat and is in good used condition.  
The item that holds the pin on has heavy wear.

The pin measures approximately 1 1/2 inches across.   The back of the pin has a pin to hold it onto a shirt, hat, or jacket.
