You are looking at a WBA Belleville Ill. bowling pin that is decorated with a waterfall.  This item is in good used condition but the pin portion that holds it onto the hat, shirt, or jacket does look to be old and tarnished.   Be sure to check out the photos I have included.

The pin measures approximately 1 inch tall and approximately 1 inch wide at its longest point.
