Posting & Delivery

We aim to post items as soon as possible.

Orders paid before 10.00am Monday to Friday are posted the same day.  Weekend orders are posted Monday. All items are supplied from our UK warehouse.

Posting is by Royal Mail 2nd class, except where first class is chosen at the check-out or it is a bulk item. Standard delivery is 3-5days after we post item.

Orders over £20.00 are sent by recorded delivery.

Combined posting can be arranged when you make two or more orders

International buyers are welcome. Small items are sent by air mail service. Remember that delivery times are longer. Please ask for a quote for larger items.

Payment Options

Paypal is our preferred method of payment.

UK Cheques will take a few days to clear. UK Postal orders are accepted, preferably not crossed.

Please ask for an invoice if you require one.

If you are satisfied with our service and products, we expect 5-star positive feedback. We will give the same to you.

If not satisfied, do tell us.  Mistakes can happen and we will make sure to solve problem, replace the product or refund. We like happy customers and will do our best to deal with any issues. Also we like to learn and improve our products and service.
