Yes, all products are shipped anywhere in the world.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours. Packages are sent by first class post via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aims to deliver packages within the following time frames:

- UK mail within 7 days but in most cases are delivered between 1 - 2 working days.
- International mail within 14 days

Please allow up to 14 days for UK shipping and up to 30 days for international shipping before emailing about your order.

Can I return / exchange an item?

Sure, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / design if preferred.

Please note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

"Returns note" MUST be completed and sent back with the item, if not then the returns process will be delayed.
